Our expertise and approach allow us to guide you seamlessly through the process.
For many of our clients, this is their first time embarking on a project like this, and it can feel overwhelming—but don’t worry. We’ve refined our process to make the journey enjoyable, dependable, and truly rewarding. The CGI below offers a glimpse of the completed interior, giving you a clear vision of the final design before construction starts.

Step 1
Initial Feasibility Consultation
The journey to your dream home begins with a conversation. We’re eager to hear your ideas, aspirations, and vision.
Trust is essential when selecting an architect, and the first meeting is where we build that foundation. It’s the start of a lasting relationship with your designer that will carry through to the completion of your project.
Step 2
Consultation Design Meeting
The Design Consultation is where we explore your true wants, needs, and aspirations. This initial stage is crucial as we consider various factors that may influence the design.
Typically lasting 1-2 hours, including the survey, it’s also the most exciting part of the process—this is when ideas begin to take shape, and the energy around the design starts to build.

The Survey
We begin with a thorough measured survey to gain a clear understanding of your home and assess the feasibility of your needs.
The Brief
Once we have a clear understanding of your home's scale and layout, we’ll sit down to discuss your specific requirements in greater detail. This helps us create and define the brief—the list of essential needs and aspirations for your project.
Consultation Design
Next, we’ll return to our studio to draft the existing layouts, develop designs based on your project’s specific brief, and create a Consultation Design Document for you to review at your convenience before our follow-up meeting.
We will then schedule a Design Consultation meeting, where our team can discuss the designs with you in greater detail.
Step 3
Detailed Design & Planning
Once you’ve selected your preferred design, we refine it in greater detail to prepare for the Planning Application, Building Regulations approval, and construction quotes.

Planning Drawings
If planning permission is required, we prepare a comprehensive Planning Drawing Document to submit as part of your Planning Application to the Local Authority.
For projects that fall under Permitted Development rights, planning permission may not be necessary. In such cases, we apply for a Lawful Development Certificate to confirm compliance.
We handle the submission of your project to the Local Planning Authority and manage the entire application process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for you.
